Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail in a busy surgical setting
• Experience with surgical specialties such as general surgery, orthopedics, neuro, ENT, plastics, urology, and more is a plus
• Robotics experience preferred
• Comfortable supporting a 1:1 patient care model

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate perioperative nursing care in the OR
• Assist with a wide range of surgical procedures, including general surgery, surgical oncology, GYN/GYN ONC, ortho, neuro, ENT, plastics, burn, urology, podiatry, and colorectal cases
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiology, and the surgical team to ensure smooth case flow
• Maintain sterile technique and uphold OR safety and infection control standards
• Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies for procedures
• Support robotics cases within a large and active robotics program
• Adapt to rotating on-call needs and contribute to excellent patient outcomes
