# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse Operating Room – Alaska

Start Date: July 14, 2026
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, weekend availability preferred

Highlights:

• 13-week assignment in a state-of-the-art 11-operating room surgical suite
• Specialized procedures including total joints, multi-level spine fusions, and da Vinci Xi robotic cases (GYN, colorectal, general)
• 1:1 patient ratios with modern OR equipment and Epic EMR system
• Collaborative team environment with 8 RNs, 8 scrub techs, and 5 surgical support techs on day shift
• On-call requirement averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift per 8-week period
• Scrubs provided by facility

Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license required for submission
• Operating room circulator experience, preferably with ortho, total joints, neuro, and robotics
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Scrub experience is a plus
• Ability to serve as patient advocate while being a resource for the sterile field
