Number of Beds: 20 rooms
Number of Staff: 110 total
Type of Staff: Director, Charge RN, OR Coordinators, surgeons, anesthesiologists, CRNA s
o Day Shift: Director, Manager, 18 teams total, 18 RN s and 18 techs
o Night Shift: 2 teams, 1 on-call team, they get called based on staffing and volume.
Patient Ratios 1:1
Type of Equipment: Sterile accessories, circulator, sponges, gowning, gloving, tubing, cords, cuts
Documentation System: Must have Meditech experience
Call Requirements: 2 weekend shifts (8hrs), 4 evening shifts (4 hrs), 1 overnight shift (8hrs) in a month
Typical Hiring Profile
Must have: (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH)
BLS, ACLS
Must have 2 years current experience in an acute hospital setting, not a surgical center
Strong ortho, neuro and robotics experience, must be willing to float among different specialties in OR
Must have Meditech Experience.

Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently)
Prepare operating room, arrange equipment, assist doctor s during surgeries , Mantain a 30 minute turn around time
Inspect, maintain, decontaminate and repair surgical equipment, keeping inventory records, pre and post-surgical repair including shaving, transporting and applying dressings
