Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree

Certifications Requirements:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of OR/Circulating RN experience
• Orthopedic surgical experience required
• Previous hospital setting experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• GA RN license
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to review housing options and commute logistics

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure smooth operation of orthopedic procedures.
• Provide intraoperative support as a circulating RN, maintaining sterile field and patient safety.
• Document surgical procedures accurately, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and staff regarding patient needs and procedural details.
• Assist in pre-operative preparation and post-operative patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
