Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN specializing in Operating Room (OR) services in Wilson, NC. This position is ideal for dedicated professionals looking to make a difference in a dynamic healthcare environment. The facility is known for its comprehensive surgical services, including orthopedic, general surgery, laparoscopy, urology, and more.

As a Circulating RN in the Operating Room, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures while providing exceptional patient care. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining a safe and efficient surgical environment.

Position Information:

• Facility Department: Operating Room
• Role: Circulating RN
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Equipment: Standard OR Equipment plus a DaVinci Xi Robot
• Supervisor: Surgical Services Director
• Patient Population: All except children under 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various surgical procedures, including orthopedic, GYN, laparoscopic, and more.
• Maintain sterile field and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to provide high-quality patient care.
• Participate in call requirements, including 4-6 weekdays per month and every 3rd weekend.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active RN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Circulating RN role.
• Preferred experience in scrubbing in on surgical cases.
• Meditech experience preferred.
