We are seeking experienced Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurses who can circulate across various service lines, including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, ENT, GI, Spine, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry. Candidates must have circulator experience and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates will have experience in small community hospital settings with call experience, as they may be the only OR RN on site during their shifts.

The Registered Nurse applies knowledge of nursing theory, technical skills, and communication abilities to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, providing direct care, evaluating patient progress, and coordinating care delivery throughout the patient's episode.

Key responsibilities include:

• Applying nursing knowledge and skills in the delivery of care.
• Assessing patient and family needs through active listening and observation.
• Creating individualized care plans that are developmentally and culturally relevant.
• Promoting and protecting the health, safety, and rights of patients.
• Teaching patients and families about self-care and health maintenance.
• Documenting education provided and patient/family responses.
• Engaging in self-evaluation to enhance nursing practice.
• Building trusting relationships with patients and families to create a healing environment.

Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is reasonably anticipated, and required tasks may involve contact with blood, body fluids, and tissues.
