Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Operating Room. This travel assignment supports perioperative nursing services in a rotating schedule with 10-hour shifts and a 40-hour workweek. The role requires experience with multiple surgical specialties, electronic health record experience, and current required certifications.
Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, including shifts from 7:00 AM3:00 PM and 11:00 AM7:00 PM, at least one night call shift per week from 3:00 PM7:00 AM, and two weekend call shifts per month.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse with Operating Room experience; electronic health record experience; experience in at least one of the following areas: orthopedic, gynecological, urological, general, or vascular surgery; CPR certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association (AHA) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Operating Room scrub experience.
- Additional Information:
- Pass/fail electrocardiogram and telemetry testing and medication testing are required before acceptance.
- Testing includes a one-time proctored session conducted through a virtual meeting.
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application.
- The assignment is 13 weeks in duration.
