Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Maine. This position involves delivering safe, effective, and patient-family centered care during the perioperative period. The role requires skills in scrubbing, circulating, and working in the recovery room as needed. The position is full-time, Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, starting on 10/12/2026 and concluding on 01/11/2027.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; current registered nurse licensure in the state of Maine; Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; at least 1 year medical/surgical or perioperative experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (may obtain within 6 months of hire); CNOR certification.
  • Additional Information: Must be able to communicate effectively with the perioperative team; maintain high confidentiality standards; support organizational mission, vision, and values.
