Job Summary
The Operating Room (OR) Nurse position is based in a healthcare facility where daily responsibilities include providing specialized perioperative patient care in alignment with established clinical protocols. This role involves work on a schedule of four 10-hour shifts, primarily from 0700 to 1730, with rotating call duties that include short or long calls during weekday evenings and 24-hour weekend calls on a rotating basis. The position begins on 09/28/2026 and concludes on 12/27/2026.
Job Details
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, 0700-1730, with call responsibilities including a short call (1930-2300) or long call (2300-0700) on weekdays and 24-hour weekend calls (Saturday or Sunday 0700-0700) on a fair and rotating basis.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; minimum zero years of experience; relevant certifications for operating room procedures; current professional licensure as a registered nurse; ability to work in the specified location; and successful completion of skills and profile assessments.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior OR nursing experience and familiarity with surgical procedures are advantages but not mandatory.
- Additional Information: Candidate must be able to start on 09/28/2026 and work through 12/27/2026. All submission documents should include professional references, attestation of work experience, and completed skills checklist.
