Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Active Illinois RN License required or candidate must be in the application process
o License pending candidates accepted for June start dates
o Please provide date of Illinois license application when submitting
• BLS required
• CNOR preferred
• Local candidates not accepted, candidates must reside 50+ miles from the facility
Scheduling
• One weekend per month required
• On-call required (approximately 1 shift per week, though typically less frequent)
• Block scheduling not available
• Time-off requests subject to manager approval
• May float within skill set if needed (rare)
