Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a hospital setting. This position involves supporting surgical teams during trauma, general surgery, plastics (including microsurgery), and vascular procedures. The role requires circulating and scrub skills, with a focus on trauma cases, and offers a dynamic environment working primarily on nights. The assignment provides an opportunity to work with advanced surgical techniques and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Details:

Position: Operating Room Nurse (Scrub & Circulate)
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
Start Date: 10/26/2026
End Date: 01/25/2027
Required Qualifications:
- Valid IA/COMPACT license
- Large trauma experience
- Strong circulating and scrub skills in general surgery, plastics (including microsurgery), and vascular (open and endovascular) procedures
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system
- At least 2 years of OR experience
- Must have circulator and scrub skills checklist in sub-packet with strong skills in specified areas
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microsurgery and vascular techniques
Additional Information:
- Must have circulating and scrub experience in general surgery, plastics (including microsurgery), and vascular (open and endovascular) procedures
