Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Rockport, ME. This position involves providing circulating nursing care in a compact community hospital's operating room. The role supports surgical teams through a 13-week assignment that emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and high-quality patient-centered care.
Job Details
- Position Description: Circulating Nurse within the Operating Room department at a 100-bed facility, focusing on surgical patient care across multiple service lines including Orthopedics, Urology, OB-GYN, General Surgery, and ENT.
- Required Qualifications: BLS and ACLS certifications; minimum 5 years OR circulating experience; 3+ years travel experience; experience in a smaller facility OR.
- Schedule: Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, rotating days off. Call shifts include one weeknight call from 4:30 PM to 7:00 AM weekly, and one weekend call approximately every 6-7 weeks, totaling 36 hours weekly.
- Additional Information: This role is a replacement position due to staff resignation, with an immediate start preferred. The assignment duration is 13 weeks, and candidates should be team players committed to delivering high-quality care in a community-focused environment.
