Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a facility with 141 beds, specializing in general surgery, orthopedics including total joints, and spine procedures. The role requires proficient experience with DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa robotics equipment, along with EPIC EMR systems. Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of current operating room experience, including scrub experience. The position involves rotating shifts with a schedule of 10 hours per shift, at least 40 hours per week, starting on 10/12/2026 and ending on 01/11/2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 24 months current operating room experience, proficient in DaVinci Xi, Mako, Rosa robotics, general surgery, orthopedics with total joints, spine within the last 12 months, EPIC EMR experience, active Iowa/IA license or multistate, BLS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Mako or Rosa equipment experience, scrub experience, recent travel experience within the last 15 months, nice-to-have Mako or Rosa experience.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have work history demonstrating 24 months of operating room experience, and skills specific to OR nursing as per discipline. They are required to work 1-2 of the 3 upcoming winter holidays unless the unit is closed. Submission includes a clinical interview pre-screening with a 405 area code contact, and orientation dates are scheduled for 10/5, 10/12, and 10/19. Valid drivers license documentation is required.
