Operating Room position for a healthcare provider. The role supports approximately 18 cases per day, with busier days reaching up to 35 cases. The position includes required call coverage, moderate sedation responsibilities, and care in an acute setting.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The schedule includes weekday hours and rotating days off.
- Required Qualifications:
- Five years of experience
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Moderate sedation training
- Additional Information:
- Call coverage is required, including one weekday every other week and rotating weekend call.
- Call coverage begins at the end of the shift and extends through 7:00 a.m. the following day.
- The role supports an average of 18 cases per day, with up to 35 cases on busier days.
- The assignment permits up to three canceled shifts during the 13-week assignment.
- Electronic charting is used.
