Operating Room Nurse, Asheville, North Carolina This position involves providing specialized perioperative care within a busy hospital setting. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective surgical procedures across multiple service lines, including general, gynecology, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma.
Job Details
- Schedule: Evening shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: No minimum experience required, 0 years of experience expected
- Responsibilities include assisting with surgeries across various specialties, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to hospital policies and protocols

- Dress Code: Scrubs provided by facility
- Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit-specific policies and guidelines
- Certification and Skills: Broad surgical knowledge, experience in service lines including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma. Advanced skills required.
- Additional Information: Must have experience with procedures performed on the unit and be able to float to other departments if needed
