Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse - Days - Location unspecified. This role involves working in a fast-paced surgical environment, providing high-quality patient care during a variety of surgical procedures. The position requires traveling professionals to join the facility's surgical team and meet its operational needs.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid license or certification to practice as an Operating Room nurse, at least 1 year of related work experience, proficiency with the Epic charting system, and current BLS certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in OR procedures such as abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, hysterectomy, anterior cervical fusion, arthroscopy, colon resection, craniotomy, thoracotomy, and total joint replacement among others.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The assignment is scheduled from 09/28/2026 to 12/28/2026. Candidates must have a state or compact license in hand at the time of submittal. All previous staff must be approved by the facility to return. Orientation includes completing at least 20 hours of onsite modules within 48 hours of contract signing, with non-billable hours factored in.
