Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) RN for a short-term assignment in the designated facility. Responsible for providing specialized perioperative nursing care, supporting surgical teams, and ensuring patient safety through all phases of operative procedures. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and adhering to established protocols within a fast-paced surgical environment.

Job Details

  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 10/06/2026 and ending on 01/05/2027.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid state license with a minimum of 1 year of OR experience, completion of relevant certifications including ACLS and BLS, and experience with procedures such as thoracotomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and various orthopedic, urological, and general surgeries.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic charting system and community hospital OR experience.
  • Additional Information: Candidates may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities. Successful completion of required modules prior to start and during orientation is necessary. Candidates must be willing to work 3 of the 5 major holidays and comply with scheduling and RTO policies outlined during the application process.
