Operating Room Nursing Professional in a healthcare setting. This position involves independently planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adult and pediatric surgical patients. The role includes direct patient care, teaching, leadership, and participation in quality improvement activities, with minimal supervision.

- Certifications and Education: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida; BLS and ACLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association; PALS preferred.
- Experience: One year of recent Operating Room experience required.
- Additional Qualifications: Intermediate computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows; EPIC electronic medical record system experience required (candidate must pass an assessment).
- Responsibilities include locating and documenting medical and nursing patient care information, administering medications safely, providing patient education, participating in team activities, and serving as a preceptor for new staff and students.
- On-call duty is required, with an expectation to respond within 30 minutes.
- Scrub experience and strong multi-specialty skill set preferred.
