Requirements:

  • Current ONS Provider certification required
  • Active Utah or Compact RN license
  • BLS & ACLS required
  • Oncology/infusion experience
  • Chemotherapy experience
  • Wound care experience preferred
  • COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a rural hospital setting
