Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Oncology RN for a Med/Surg-Oncology unit requiring chemotherapy/biotherapy experience and a KY or compact RN license.

Details

  • Oncology unit within a hospital setting
  • Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 5x8 hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • May float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital

Requirements

  • Active RN license (KY State or Compact) required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of oncology nursing experience required
  • Oncology chemotherapy and biotherapy experience required
  • Ambulatory clinic experience and phone triage experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Maximum of 24 hours RTO approved per 13-week contract, and must be requested prior to start
  • Local candidates residing within 100 miles of the facility are not accepted
  • Returning staff must be separated from all affiliated facilities for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
