Description

American Traveler is hiring an Oncology RN for a Cancer Center position requiring chemotherapy certification and administration experience.

Details

• Cancer Center oncology unit setting
• 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week
• Schedule Monday through Friday 7AM-5PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active RN license (GA state or Compact) currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of recent oncology experience required
• Current certifications: AHA BLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Chemotherapy certification required with ability to administer chemotherapy

Additional Information

• Holiday coverage required: must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) plus 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break in service
• RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer and cannot be requested afterward
