**Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum of 1 year experience required. - First-timers accepted. - Previous Charge Experience: Not specified. - Charting System Experience: Not specified. - Patient Ratio Experience: 1:4-5; 1:3 BMT for all shifts. - Travel Experience Required: Not specified. **Certifications and Licensure:** - Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS. - BSN preferred. - Pending License accepted. - For Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only: ACLS Required. - All RNs (except Behavioral Health, Case Manager & Outpatient) are required to obtain ACLS by compliance hard document deadline. **Clinical Skills:** - Special Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Administration of blood & blood products, Administration of chemotherapy (not by TN unless certified), BMT (not TN unless experienced), Breast Cancer, Care and management of ports, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, Infusion pump management, Inpatient oncology, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Lung cancer, Monitoring Chemotherapy, Pancreatic Cancer, Phlebotomy skills, PICC line care, Starting and maintaining IVs, Stem cell therapies, Feeding tube care & management. - Special Procedures/Unit Details: IV starts, administer chemotherapy (not by TN), trach care, no vents, accessing ports and central lines, stem cell transplantation (not by TN), BMT (not TN unless experienced). - Special Equipment: CAD pumps. - Will need to pass Relias EKG exam. Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias required. - Does not need chemotherapy administration/infusion experience. **Additional Requirements and Preferences:** - No local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius. - Floating: Will float within service line. - RN should be able to float within the scope to meet facility needs. - Must screen if missing any required skills. - Confirm shift in submittal (e.g., 3x12, 4x12, etc.). - Compliance deadline is 3pm CST on the Monday of the week before the initial start date.
