Home Health Occupational Therapist - Start Date: ASAP Shift: 8hr Days Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 27- 30 productivity points standard based on territory) First-Timers Accepted: YES Weekend REQ: No weekend requirement Is On-Call REQ?: No Call Required Locals Accepted: Yes Experience Requirements: 1 YR of recent Skilled OT Experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years) (will not accept inpatient exp) Case Load: Adults, 4-5 patients per day Certs REQ: BCLS License: Must have WA license, or compact license OASIS REQUIRED & HCHB PREFERRED Additional Notes: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time.
