Home skilled visits - 6-8 per day (MINIMUM of 6 points per day at managers discretion may increase by 1 point) 1-2 Weekends per contract Laptop, MiFi for internet access, Portable printers BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system Other requirements: 1 year experience required Must have valid drivers license and car to make home visits.
