Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Outpatient (OT OP) in the Tampa area. This outpatient position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients with hand therapy needs, including splinting and full hand caseloads. The role requires hands-on experience in hand therapy and the ability to work in a dynamic outpatient environment.

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops and modifies treatment plans, and ensures functional recovery. Completes medical record documentation accurately and timely, adheres to all professional and organizational standards, and participates in student and professional development programs. Maintains licensure and completes required continuing education, following all safety and compliance protocols.
