Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (8-hour shifts, with some flexibility to reach expected 40 hours/week) | No weekend or holiday requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for a general outpatient orthopedic population, including pediatric and hand therapy cases
  • Perform re-evaluations and adjust treatment plans to reflect patient progress
  • Provide manual therapy and other evidence-based interventions as appropriate
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 9–12 patients per day
  • Collaborate with rehab aides and appointment coordinators to ensure smooth front-to-back delivery of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; clock in and out at the facility as required

Required Qualifications

  • Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist (OT) state license required prior to start
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience, including internships; first-time travelers welcome
  • Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to a local pay rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential preferred
  • Experience in pediatrics, neuro, or lymphedema management
  • Dry needling certification or training
  • Comfort working in a duo/team therapist arrangement
