    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Manage a full hand therapy caseload including fabrication of splints and delivery of outpatient orthopedic and hand therapy services
    • Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines
    • Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities
    • Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs as assigned with appropriate supervision and completion of student evaluations
    • Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill continuing education requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Occupational Therapist licensure in good standing
    • Demonstrated experience in outpatient orthopedic and hand therapy
    • Proficiency in splint fabrication and comfort managing a full hand therapy caseload
    • Ability to complete documentation and goal writing in compliance with applicable state, federal, and payer guidelines
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential preferred
    • Experience participating in clinical student programs and providing mentorship
