Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch) | 5x8-hour shifts | No weekends | No on-call required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a swing-bed setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings as part of swing-bed services
- May float to acute care services as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; Meditech experience preferred
- Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with facility protocols and standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma state OT license or compact license required; license must be obtained and verified prior to start date
- Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- No additional certifications required
- Must live within 45 miles of the facility to be considered a local candidate; locals are accepted for this position
- References may be pending at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech electronic health records system
- Prior experience in a swing-bed or acute care setting
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration in a clinical environment
