    Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | 32-Hour Weekly Guarantee, 5 Days per Week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
    • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' ability to perform daily living and work-related activities
    • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
    • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
    Required Qualifications
    • Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Texas
    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
    • Current CPR/BLS certification
    • Ability to meet a 32-hour weekly schedule across 5 days
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care setting
    • Experience with geriatric patient populations
    • Strong documentation and electronic health record skills
