    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (8:00–16:30) | Tuesday–Saturday | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours/Week | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide adult acute care occupational therapy services across units including ICU, ED, Med/Surg, Ortho, Neuro, and Cardiac
    • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as part of individualized treatment plans
    • Participate in call coverage as needed
    • Float between units as required
    • Document patient care and progress using EPIC
    • Fulfill two required weekend shifts per week as part of the Tuesday–Saturday schedule
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Occupational Therapist license
    • Minimum 1 year of acute care OT experience (must score a 4 on the acute care skills checklist)
    • BLS required — must not expire within 30 days of assignment start date
    • Proficiency in EPIC EMR is required
    • Experience in Activities of Daily Living, adult OT, and orthopedics required
    • Must live more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
    • First-time travelers will not be considered
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working across multiple acute care specialties including ICU and neurological settings
    • Comfort with floating between units in a fast-paced hospital environment
    • Flexibility with scheduling, including call shifts and weekend coverage
