Shift: 10 hour days Sat/SunCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Qualification and Requirements:- Current, valid, and unrestricted OK license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant .
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ).
