    Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy services to inpatient acute care patients across a hospital setting
    • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery
    • Document patient progress and clinical notes using EPIC electronic health records
    • Participate in an every-other-holiday rotation schedule as required
    • Remain available for on-call assignments during low census periods, with call-back opportunities subject to a minimum two-hour call-back requirement
    • Adhere to all facility infection control and health compliance policies, including masking requirements during flu season when applicable
    Required Qualifications
    • Valid Wisconsin State Occupational Therapist License
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
    • Active NPI number (or enrollment in the application process prior to start)
    • Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
    • Minimum of two years of inpatient occupational therapy experience
    • Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records

    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and manage dynamic clinical environments with resilience
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
