Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 8 patients per day across assigned service areas
- Conduct evaluations and treatments with an expected productivity of 6.5 points per hour, typically including 3–4 evaluations per day
- Treat primarily post-acute patients in a home care setting across multiple counties
- Manage and self-schedule daily patient visits with flexibility to adjust visit order as needed
- Provide supervision to one COTA as part of the therapy team
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license — must be in hand at time of submission
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Home health experience required
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience treating post-acute patient populations
- Experience supervising COTAs or therapy support staff
- Familiarity with multi-county service area coverage
