Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday with possible weekend rotation | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services in an outpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
- Document patient progress and clinical notes using the facility's EMR system (Redoc)
- Float to additional units as needed, including Medical-Surgical and Acute Rehabilitation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Arizona or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Ability to float to Medical-Surgical and Acute Rehabilitation units as required
- Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to electronic medical record systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient therapy setting
- Familiarity with Redoc EMR
- Experience in acute rehabilitation or medical-surgical environments
