Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain valid state licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and electronic health record skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and protocols
