Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Assignment | Rotating Shifts | 30 Hours Guaranteed per Week
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Ability to work rotating shifts as scheduled
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a similar clinical setting
- Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
