Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with 1–2 weekend days expected per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients within an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) setting
• Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to support recovery and independence
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with each patient's rehabilitation goals
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using the facility's EMR system (Meditech)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of California
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Ability to work a schedule of Monday–Friday with 1–2 weekend days as expected
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Meditech EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) setting strongly preferred
• Candidates with SNF, outpatient, or acute care therapy backgrounds will also be considered
• Familiarity with Meditech or similar hospital-based EMR platforms
