Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to maximize patient function and independence
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Float between worksites as needed to meet patient care demands
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability to work day shift hours and maintain a 40-hour workweek schedule
- Willingness to float between worksites as required
- Ability to meet standard credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Casamba documentation software strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment
