Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient orthopedic occupational therapy services as the primary area of coverage, accounting for 80–100% of caseload
Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity conditions including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Treat a general patient population that may include CVA, MS, and head injury diagnoses across acute inpatient, acute rehab, transitional care, and outpatient settings
Manage a caseload of approximately 12 patients per day
Complete clinical documentation using ReDoc (outpatient) and Meditech (acute care) platforms
Participate in department-specific orientation prior to beginning clinical duties
Required Qualifications
Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
Current BLS certification required
Demonstrated outpatient orthopedic experience with a focus on upper extremity therapy (hands, elbows, shoulders)
Experience treating shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and/or fractures
Preferred Experience / Skills
Lymphedema training or certification
Familiarity with ReDoc and/or Meditech documentation systems
