Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient function and independence
- Document patient progress, goals, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state, federal, and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of New Jersey
- NBCOT certification required
- Ability to commit to a 13-week contract assignment
- Expected 30 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Experience with geriatric patient populations
- Strong documentation and communication skills
