Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to patients within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with individualized care plans and therapy goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Float between assigned worksites as operationally needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active California Occupational Therapist license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week
Willingness to float to additional worksites as required
Must meet standard credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Casamba documentation software strongly preferred
Familiarity with SNF workflows and interdisciplinary team environments
