    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient acute care and swing bed hospital setting
    • Manage a caseload of approximately 8–12 patients per day with conditions including general weakness/debility, CVA/TIA, CHF, pneumonia, and post-operative TKA/THA
    • Utilize therapeutic equipment including gait belts, canes, hip kits, NuSteps, arm bikes, weights, resistance bands, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound
    • Deliver care across varying lengths of stay, including acute admissions (3 days to 1 week) and swing bed patients (5 days to 2 weeks)
    • Document patient care using shared department computers and available facility laptops
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in good standing
    • Experience in inpatient acute care occupational therapy
    • Proficiency with standard OT therapeutic modalities and adaptive equipment
    • Ability to manage a varied inpatient caseload independently
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience with swing bed or post-acute inpatient populations
    • Familiarity with neurological and orthopedic post-operative patient populations
