Manage a caseload of approximately 8–12 patients per day with conditions including general weakness/debility, CVA/TIA, CHF, pneumonia, and post-operative TKA/THA. Deliver care across varying lengths of stay, including acute admissions (3 days to 1 week) and swing bed patients (5 days to 2 weeks).
Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient acute care and swing bed hospital setting

Utilize therapeutic equipment including gait belts, canes, hip kits, NuSteps, arm bikes, weights, resistance bands, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound
Deliver care across varying lengths of stay, including acute admissions (3 days to 1 week) and swing bed patients (5 days to 2 weeks)
Document patient care using shared department computers and available facility laptops
Required Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in good standing
Experience in inpatient acute care occupational therapy
Proficiency with standard OT therapeutic modalities and adaptive equipment
Ability to manage a varied inpatient caseload independently
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience with swing bed or post-acute inpatient populations
Familiarity with neurological and orthopedic post-operative patient populations
