Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
- Evaluate and treat a varied caseload of patients requiring rehabilitative care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and progress
- Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings
- Familiarity with a diverse patient caseload in a rehabilitation hospital environment
