Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and referrals
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
Accurately and timely document all therapy services provided
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with applicable practice acts and facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes
Maintain compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Proficient documentation and communication skills
