Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Must carry and present valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Rhode Island
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to fulfill a 19-week contract commitment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
