We're currently seeking a dedicated clinic-based Speech-Language Pathologist ($55-58/hour) in the Miami, FL area. Offering a $1000 sign-on bonus!!!!
 
Role Overview:
As an SLP, you will develop and implement treatment programs for students whose ability to communicate has been impacted by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. This role offers the opportunity to work with children in a supportive clinic environment while making a lasting impact on their development. 

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday + 1 Saturday per month or flexibility for clinician to work 4, 10 hr/shifts
• Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Setting:? Clinic-Treating pediatric patients up to age 21 (primarily ages 2-12/13)
• In-person only
• Bilingual Spanish- preferred (not required)
• Can consider a CF! New Grads heavily encouraged to apply!
• Pediatric experience is helpful!
• Must hold a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting evaluations to assess each child's unique communication strengths and weaknesses. 
• Creating plans that implement measurable, achievable, and functional goals. 
• Offering treatment to enhance communication abilities through various approaches. 
• Working in a comprehensive care team to address a child's specific needs.
• Informing parents and families about available treatment options and the importance of early intervention.
