Key Responsibilities
Implement occupational therapy interventions in accordance with the supervising OT's plan of care
Accurately and timely document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Assist with patient and family education related to therapy goals and functional independence
Communicate patient status updates and changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active state COTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong teamwork and patient care skills
