Key Responsibilities
- Plan and administer medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs for patients
- Work to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body part
- Provide occupational therapy services across both adult and pediatric patient populations
- Split weekly schedule between two outpatient locations (3 days at one site, 2 days at the other)
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility dress code standards (business casual or solid scrubs)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience with adult and pediatric populations
- Strong pediatric (peds) experience required
- Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license (must be provided at time of submission)
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
- Current Occupational Therapy Skills Checklist (within the past 1 year)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to a personally insured vehicle
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel therapy assignment experience
- Familiarity working across multiple outpatient clinic locations
