Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals and functional independence
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- May be required to float to additional care locations within the local area
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Illinois
- NBCOT certification required
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
- Flexibility to work across multiple care settings as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar care setting
- Experience working in a float or multi-site capacity
- Strong documentation and communication skills
