    Job Title

    Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel Contract

    Location

    Lynnwood, WA | Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Expected 36 hours/week | Weekend coverage expected once per month

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to inpatient rehabilitation patients across a 40-bed acute rehabilitation unit
    • Deliver specialized care to patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury, and debility-related conditions
    • Develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at maximizing patient independence, function, and quality of life
    • Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using EPIC and Rehab Connect EHR systems
    • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care
    Required Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
    • Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure required
    • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist
    • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with electronic health record systems
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Cooperative, team-oriented approach to patient care and colleague collaboration
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or inpatient rehabilitation hospital settings
    • Familiarity with treating neurological and orthopedic diagnoses including stroke, TBI, and spinal cord injury
    • Experience working with a general adult patient population in a rehabilitation environment
